La Brasserie Unibroue is located in the city of Chambly, Quebec, approximately 20 miles east of downtown Montréal. Unibroue was founded in December 1990 by André Dion and Serge Racine, who aspired to produce and market Belgian-style, refermented ales with compelling branding and artful packaging. Now the largest microbrewery in Quebec, Unibroue produces over 20 brands of beer ranging in style and strength from 5% white ales to 10.5% extra strong dark ales, some of which are exported to 20 different countries. We are pleased to offer 4 of Unibroue's brands here at The Book Cellar. |
